D365 F&O ERP Functional Analyst – Supply Chain

• Collaborer avec les Architectes de solutions pour soutenir le déploiement de D365 F&O, principalement dans les modules Production et Chaîne d’approvisionnement.
  
• Réaliser l’analyse fonctionnelle, la configuration et les tests des solutions ERP afin de répondre aux besoins d’affaires en évolution.
  
• Agir comme ressource de support de niveau 2–3, en assurant le dépannage, l’identification des causes fondamentales et la mise en place de solutions.
  
• Travailler avec les parties prenantes pour documenter les processus de bout en bout, en créant des schémas de processus (Visio) et des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (Word).
  
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes manufacturières afin de s’assurer que les processus ERP s’alignent avec les opérations de production, maintenance, prévisions et tarification.
  
• Soutenir les modules intégrés en garantissant la cohérence des données et en travaillant avec les tables de correspondance (connaissance pratique requise, sans expertise approfondie).
  
• Participer à la formation des utilisateurs et favoriser l’adoption des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
  
• Contribuer aux activités d’UAT, de configuration et de tests fonctionnels pour valider les exigences.
  
• Assurer la transition vers le Centre de support applicatif après le déploiement pour gérer les escalades, transférer les connaissances et garantir la continuité.
  
  

• Partner with Solution Architects to support the rollout of D365 F&O, primarily within Production and Supply Chain modules.
  
• Provide functional analysis, configuration, and testing of ERP solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  
• Act as a Level 2–3 support resource, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and delivering resolutions.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document end-to-end processes, creating process flows (Visio) and Standard Operating Procedures (Word).
  
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure ERP processes align with production, maintenance, forecasting, and pricing operations.
  
• Support integrated modules by ensuring data consistency and working with mapping tables (not expected to be an expert but must have working knowledge).
  
• Assist in training business users and driving adoption of new functionalities.
  
• Participate in UAT, configuration, and functional testing to validate requirements.
  
• Transition to the Application Support Desk post-rollout to handle escalations, provide knowledge transfer, and ensure continuity.
  

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O, especially in Production, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Forecasting, and Pricing.
  

• Prior operational and manufacturing experience; understanding of business processes beyond ERP configuration is a strong asset.
  

• Experience working with integrated modules and mapping tables (working knowledge required, not expert-level).
  

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); French is an asset.
  

• Strong documentation skills for process flows (Visio) and SOPs (Word).
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to train and support business users.
  

• Strong troubleshooting skills (logical and technical).
  

• Experience bridging both implementation and post-go-live support.
  

• Familiarity with testing frameworks and structured UAT processes
  

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional, high-performing team.
  

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering results under tight deadlines.
  

• Willingness to travel occasionally to the USA and Mexico.
  

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup: 2–3 days per week in the Saint-Laurent office OR Milton, ON
