Job description
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and high-volume recruiting? Our client, a leader in the heavy industrial sector with a global footprint, is looking for a recruitment powerhouse to join their team. In this role, you aren’t just filling seats; you are the engine keeping our operational sites running. You will work in a stimulating environment where autonomy and initiative are both encouraged and required.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions (skilled and unskilled labor).

Develop innovative sourcing strategies (social media, local events, community partnerships).

Collaborate closely with Site Managers to understand their specific operational needs.

Ensure a seamless and memorable candidate experience, even in a high-volume context.

Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and analyze key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), ideally in an industrial setting.

Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment cycles.

Bilingualism (English/French) is essential to collaborate across various locations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
