Logistic Coordinator

Description:

Manage all Inter-company transfers and requests; Build TO from Master based on priorities; Ensure all transfers meet 28 pallet requirement; Back fill accordingly with damaged goods, etc.; Leave space for priority inbounds based on ETA’s; Monitor back orders to ensure product is priority on next transfer; Provide warehouse with pick ticket, pick time; Communicate to logistics to schedule truck; Provide destination and delivery time for Inbounds by facility in P2; Location in Kingsville, ON

Qualifications:

• Education in supply chain or business (bachelor’s or diploma), 2–5 years of experience, and strong organizational skills to manage transportation, inventory, and vendor communication. Must be proficient in logistics software/TMS (e.g., CarLo or Linbis), MS Office, and possess strong, proactive communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
