Typical Day in Role: ·Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to support operational insights and business decision-making
·Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
·Automate and enhance existing data tracking and reporting processes, including connection to source systems and validating data quality
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions.
·Respond to ad-hoc requests and data-related inquiries and provide analytical support for ongoing initiatives.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: - 10 years of experience with SQL and data querying to extract and transform data from multiple sources
- 10 years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and validation.
Nice-To-Have Skills: - Experience with automation or scripting tools (e.G., Python, VBA) to improve reporting and data processes
- Experience with incident management platforms such as ServiceNow
- Experience working in banking, financial services or operational environments.
