Tu souhaites mettre à profit ton expertise comptable dans un environnement stimulant et contribuer concrètement à améliorer des processus ? NEUF cherche un comptable junior pour rejoindre son équipe de Montréal. En collaboration directe avec le directeur adjoint finances, tu participeras activement aux opérations financières quotidiennes et aux processus de fin de mois dans une entreprise en pleine croissance. De plus, tu participeras à l’implantation du nouveau système ERP (Deltek Vantagepoint) en apportant ton soutien à l’équipe de comptabilité.

• Effectuer la comptabilité par projet (60%) dans un contexte multi-compagnies ;
  
• Recueillir et préparer les factures incluant leur validation et leur assignation aux projets ;
  
• Gérer les comptes payables, préparer les factures et procéder aux paiements ;
  
• Valider les feuilles de temps avec rigueur et précision ;
  
• Préparer les conciliations bancaires ;
  
• Concilier les dépenses effectuées par cartes de crédit et les comptes de dépenses ;
  
• Contribuer à l’application des procédures de contrôles internes et collaborer à leur amélioration.

YOUR ROLE

Do you want to apply your accounting expertise in a stimulating environment and actively contribute to improving workflows and processes? NEUF is looking for a Junior Accountant to join its Montreal team.

Working directly with the Assistant Director – Accounting and Operations, you will play an active role in daily financial operations and month-end processes, acting as a key figure in the accounting cycle of a growing company. Additionally, you will support the accounting team by participating in the implementation of the new ERP system (Deltek Vantagepoint).

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Perform project-based accounting in a multi-company environment (60%);
  
• Collect and prepare invoices, including validation and assignment to projects;
  
• Manage accounts payable, prepare invoices, and process payments;
  
• Diligently validate timesheets;
  
• Prepare bank reconciliations;
  
• Reconcile credit card expenses and expense accounts;
  
• Contribute to the application of internal control procedures and collaborate on their improvement.
  

Profil

• DEP, DEC ou BAC en comptabilité ;
  
• 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
  
• Maîtrise les outils et fonctions avancées d’Excel (par ex : RECHERCHEV, SOMME.SI, TRI, TCD, etc).
  

• Power BI ;
  
• Connaissance du système informatique Dynamics Great Plains ;
  
• Connaissance du ERP Deltek Vantagepoint.
  

• Bon communicateur, posséder de l’entregent et capacité à interagir avec différents intervenants ;
  
• Être à l’aise dans un environnement rapide et dynamique ;
  
• Avoir de l’autonomie ;
  
• Posséder un souci du détail, un esprit analytique et critique, et l’habileté à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois ;
  
• Avoir un excellent sens des priorités et une approche méthodique et organisée ;
  
• Capacité à gérer les priorités et respecter les échéanciers ;
  
• Sens de la discrétion.
  

• DEP, DEC, or Bachelor's degree in accounting ;
  
• 5 years of experience in a similar role ;
  
• Proficient in advanced Excel tools and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, SORT, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  

• Knowledge of Power BI ;
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains ;
  
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system.
