Job descriptionCareMore Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our crews and oversee day-to-day operations on job sites. This is a senior leadership position for a skilled professional who not only excels in landscape construction but also understands that strong teams are built on respect, communication, and positive morale. The Foreman plays a critical role in setting the tone on site. We are looking for someone who leads by example, fosters a supportive and harassment-free work environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work while supporting their crew's success. This is a year-round position, with winter responsibilities that include snow plowing and snow removal operations. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 8 years' experience in landscape construction and hardscaping Valid Full G driver's licence with a clean driving record Ability to drive and safely back up trailers Experience operating landscape equipment (skid steers, excavators, plate tampers, etc.) Strong ability to read and interpret designs, drawings, and site plans Proven experience leading crews and managing job sites CPR and First Aid certification preferred (not required) Key Responsibilities Leadership & Crew Management Lead and supervise crews in a respectful, professional, and supportive manner Maintain positive morale on site and promote teamwork, accountability, and safety Address conflicts professionally and ensure a harassment-free, inclusive workplace Act as a mentor by sharing knowledge and supporting crew development Work closely with the Lead Hand, crew members, and office staff to ensure smooth operations Project & Site Management Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed according to plans and timelines Coordinate and order materials as required Provide regular site updates to the office regarding progress, delays, or concerns Identify and resolve problems efficiently as they arise Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and professionalClient Communication Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients when required Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding project progress or concerns Proactively update the office and clients if issues, changes, or delays arise Safety & Reporting Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety standards Report workplace incidents, safety concerns, or near misses promptly to the office Promote safe work practices and lead by example Winter Operations Participate in winter snow removal operations as a plow driver Assist with winter site coordination and snow management Skills & Attributes Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly skilled in problem-solving and decision-making Professional, calm, and respectful under pressure Organized, dependable, and accountable Strong commitment to maintaining a positive, respectful, and productive work environment What We Offer: Year-round employment, including winter work A company culture built on respect, teamwork, and professionalism Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on projects and team development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Application question(s): Do you have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license?
