Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Senior Leaders: Provide structured executive coaching to unlock potential, improve decision-making, and foster team collaboration.
• Drive Operational Success: Implement strategies that achieve efficiency, align with goals, and support sustainability.
• Lead Change: Guide initiatives to build an inclusive, high-performing culture while aligning leadership strategies with business priorities.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in VP/C-suite roles or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and business operations.
• Exceptional communication & influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and compliance (a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
