What you’ll do:
• Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for our clients, with a focus on bilingual English and French communication.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse roles across various industries.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, fostering collaboration.
• Continuously apply best practices to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leaders to support innovative talent strategies.
You’ll bring:
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Enthusiasm for learning and supporting a dynamic, multicultural team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with flexibility to support regional needs.
