About Our Family
We are two working parents raising three school-aged children who are involved in sports and activities, along with a loving dog who is very much part of our family rhythm. Our household is dynamic and full of movement, and we value a home environment that feels clean, orderly, and consistently well-managed.
We are down-to-earth, kind, and professional people with demanding schedules. We care deeply about things being organized, aligned, and optimized so that our home and daily life run smoothly. We already have structure in place and are looking for a self-starter who can step in confidently - maintaining and elevating the systems that support our family.
We're seeking a long-term House Manager who takes pride in high standards and understands that consistency is key. This role plays an important part in preserving the ease, functionality, and steady flow of our home week to week.
Who You Are
You are an experienced and highly capable House Manager with a strong background in cleaning, housekeeping, and home organization. You understand the difference between a quick tidy and a truly maintained home and you take pride in delivering a consistently high standard.
You work exceptionally well independently and do not require significant direction or ongoing coaching. You are professional, transparent and communicative about your daily and weekly priorities, progress, and needs. You value an honest working relationship and are open to feedback, understanding that alignment and communication strengthen trust over time.
You are able to step into an established household with systems already in place, learn what works well, and hit the ground running. You respect existing structure while identifying thoughtful ways to optimize and improve processes over time. Eventually, you add value beyond maintenance, making a well-run home even better.
You have a strong affinity for cleaning and housekeeping and an eye for detail. You notice the small things: baseboards, corners, high-touch surfaces, overlooked zones, and take initiative to address them. You are organized, efficient, and committed to long-term partnership.
