Salary Range: $45,000 - 60,000/yearly

About The Current Open Role

Foss National Leasing is expanding its established Short Term Lease Program, and we are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience – Short Term Lease Specialist to support continued growth. In this customer‑facing role, you will guide clients through the short term lease process, ensuring smooth, professional interactions and efficient fleet operations across multiple locations.

Primary Location: Foss National Leasing — 125 Commerce Valley Dr. W, Suite 801, Markham, Ontario
Additional Locations: Occasional support required across other FOSS facilities
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40–44 hours per week (schedule finalized with new hire)

What We're Looking For

• Coordinate reservations and respond to customer requests
• Arrange vehicle pick‑ups and deliveries to ensure a seamless experience
• Communicate with teams at other FOSS locations to organize returning vehicles
• Collaborate with internal departments to support licensing needs and resolve customer issues
• Assist with booking management and digital system workflows
• Complete or support vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy and transparency
• Initiate vehicle exchanges to maintain proper fleet rotation and availability
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and recalls with the operations Coordinator
• Communicate fleet needs and timelines with dealerships and internal team members
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Represent FOSS positively and consistently uphold our service standards

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong comfort with technology and digital tools
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Clean Driver Abstract
• Flexibility to support multiple locations as needed
• Experience in dealership or rental/lease environments (preferred)
• Knowledge of vehicles or willingness to learn
• A positive, solutions‑focused attitude and strong communication skills
