Nanny Wanted - Newborn Care Specialist / Night Nurse Needed – Vaughan, Ontario

Hello! Our family in Vaughan, Ontario recently welcomed our baby boy and we are looking for a kind, experienced, and reliable newborn care specialist or night nurse to support us during this special time.

We are seeking someone with professional newborn experience, ideally a registered nurse, postpartum doula, or highly experienced newborn nanny, who is confident caring for a newborn independently.

Responsibilities include :

• Feeding the baby (bottle feeding with pumped milk or formula)
• Burping and settling the baby back to sleep
• Changing diapers
• Cleaning and sterilizing bottles and feeding supplies
• Assisting with soothing and establishing healthy sleep routines
• Light baby-related tidying
• Providing guidance and support to new parents when needed

The role is primarily for overnight care and occasional daytime support, depending on availability and schedule.

Our ideal candidate is :

• Experienced with newborns (especially in the first few months)
• Calm, patient, and nurturing
• Knowledgeable about safe sleep and newborn care
• CPR / First Aid certified
• Preferably a nurse, postpartum doula, or newborn care specialist
• Comfortable working overnight shifts

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. We are happy to discuss compensation with the right candidate.
