Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Establish leading practices, optimize performance across the entire customer journey, and improve return on investment for key business partners.
- Build and maintain a best‑in‑class digital marketing ecosystem that supports personalized and connected experiences for advisors and investors.
- Advance the content strategy to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and personalized across all interactions.
- Manage the paid media budget for both campaign‑based and always‑on programs.
- Define analytics and reporting requirements to ensure data quality, clear attribution, and actionable insights.
- Use performance data to inform strategic decisions, improve targeting, and strengthen customer engagement.
- Partner with marketing technology, and IT teams to develop an enterprise architecture that ensures a fully integrated marketing technology stack. This architecture should align with the target state, adhere to the global design system, and address the needs of the digital marketing team.
- Research and evaluate emerging Marketing Technology product solutions, such as customer data platforms, AI, and machine learning tools, to continuously enhance Vanguard’s marketing capabilities
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing coaching, development planning, and ongoing feedback. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure strong performance, accountability, and alignment with marketing goals.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of marketing leadership experience; financial services or asset management experience strongly preferred.
- Undergraduate degree required; a master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships, with a track record of driving business results.
- Strong understanding of global and matrixed environments, with experience collaborating across regions and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in English required; French language skills are an asset.
- Relevant digital marketing credentials (e.g., analytics, Martech, digital strategy) are welcomed.
Pay Transparency
ExpectedSalaryRange: $118k-$216k

Ourcompensationranges are based onrole, level, andlocal market. Individual pay within the range isdeterminedby factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For part-time roles, pay will be pro-ratedbased on regularly scheduled hours.
