Savaria employs 2,500 valued associates globally and has 11+ manufacturing facilities to reach markets in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly versatile Marketing Specialist to support both corporate brand marketing and our growing network of direct retail stores across Canada, the U.S., and Australia.The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing diverse marketing initiatives - from digital campaigns and content creation to event coordination and dealer support.This is a 100% on-site position based primarily in Brampton, with one day per week in Mississauga and occasional travel to stores or events.This is not a hybrid or remote work role.Who You AreYou are a proactive and creative marketer who loves taking ownership of projects, seeing ideas come to life, and making a tangible impact. You enjoy variety — switching from corporate branding initiatives to supporting local store campaigns and events — and you approach each task with energy and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Sales Director and store managers to plan and execute local marketing programs that drive brand awareness and sales.Support marketing needs for dealerships and direct stores across Canada, the U.S., and Australia.Collect and curate content (photos, testimonials, videos) from stores for social and digital channels.Assist in showroom merchandising and improving the in-store customer experience.Coordinate local events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, invitations, and promotional materials.Manage vendor relationships, obtain quotes, and oversee marketing collateral production and budgets.Update and monitor store websites and Google Business pages; respond to reviews whenneeded.Facilitate communication and best practice sharing across stores to strengthen marketing consistency.RequiredEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in marketing roles with increasing responsibility.Proven experience coordinating digital marketing, events, and vendor management.Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.G., Zoho, Salesforce).Excellent English communication and writing skills; French is an asset.Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Professional demeanor and presentation skills.PreferredExperience in manufacturing, building, or construction industries.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn).Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.What Makes You Stand OutSelf-starter with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.Ambitious and career-driven with demonstrated professional growth.Critical thinker who makes informed, strategic decisions.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across departments.Passion for staying current with marketing trends and best practices.
