We're looking for our Lead Consultant & Team Manager, someone who's done the technical grind, knows the certification world inside out, and is ready to step into a senior role that gives them something rare: full flexibility, no commute, and work that actually matters.

We work across Asia and Europe on projects that others don't attempt: the GEM Olympic Complex in Ulaanbaatar, U-Tapao Airport City, and a 10,000-unit eco-district in Mongolia, one of the largest EDGE developments in the world.

What this role actually looks like

You'll be the technical backbone of our team. When a project gets complex, the team turns to you. When a junior consultant is stuck on an energy model at 10am, you unblock them. When a high-profile client needs confidence that we know what we're doing, you're the voice that delivers it.

You're not just doing the work. You're building the team that does the work. Training, mentoring, knowledge-sharing, that's core to your mandate, not an afterthought.

And because we're fully remote, you work from home, 9 to 6. No commute. Time invested in the work and in your team and your personal life.

You're the right fit if you:

• Have 7+ years in green building consulting : LEED is your home turf (LEED AP required)
• Have led certification projects end-to-end, across multiple typologies
• Have a technical background : mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Know energy modeling software (eQuest, DesignBuilder, or similar)
• Are as comfortable coaching a junior consultant as presenting to a demanding client
• Believe that growing your team is part of your mandate, not a side task
• Care about building people up, not just delivering projects
• Want to work with people who genuinely care and on projects that actually matter
• Want a role that respects your time and your life outside work
• Speak English fluently : French or Thai is a real advantage

EDGE, WELL, TREES, or other certifications? Excellent.
