Deliverables - Develop, maintain, and optimize complex project schedules across multiple programs, ensuring accurate integration, critical path analysis, and portfolio-level visibility.
- Lead schedule governance activities including quality assessments, compliance audits, baseline validation, and readiness reviews aligned with PMO standards.
- Produce advanced project controls reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support executive decision-making and portfolio planning.
- Provide subject matter expertise, training, and advisory support to project teams while administering scheduling tools, improving workflows, and supporting system enhancements.
Experience Required
- 6–8 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or project management support within large infrastructure, energy, or industrial project environments.
- Advanced experience with project scheduling using Primavera P6, including schedule integration, critical path analysis, and governance administration.
- Strong understanding of project controls disciplines including scoping, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, and portfolio-level reporting.
- Experience working in nuclear, hydroelectric, thermal generation, or similar complex engineering and construction environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, or related discipline; project management certifications such as Project Management Institute PMP considered an asset.
