Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the identified Director/Designate and in collaboration with the site, Regional Program Team and site Education Manager/Director, the incumbent is responsible for Identifying priority learning needs and implementing strategies to address them for all clinical staff in an assigned area. Modelling excellence in clinical practice, and providing clinical knowledge in collaboration with other identified experts to enhance the overall care provided to patients/clients/residents. Developing and/or implementing all necessary learning modules to support the strategic vision of the designated clinical program. Engaging in collaborative activities (e.g. regional working groups, communities of practice) to enhance clinical practice, promote evidence informed practice, and work towards a goal of improved overall efficiency and system performance. Professional Responsibilities and Development. Will participate with central Orientation (General & Patient Care) & site driven educational roll outs as required.
