Site Administrator - Shipper/Receiver

is a national leader in land development and residential construction, and we are seeking a Site Administrator - Shipper/Receiver at our multifamily site in Medicine Hat, AB .

This position is responsible to ensure efficiency in all administrative functions, as well as to act as Shipper/Receiver for all incoming and outgoing site materials.

This is an indoor/outdoor position in all weather.

Your contributions to the team: Provide administrative support for the construction site Set priorities for carrying out administrative function to maintain smooth operations as well as to meet multiple competing deadlines Assist with all new hire onboarding and ensure documentation is received by HR Prepare reports as needed and/or facilitate distribution to relevant internal and external parties (i.e.

fuel tracking, meeting minutes, inspection reports, occupancy documents etc.) Physically count materials and product, noting damages or short shipped items.

Manage site inventory and waste of materials/products Follow established protocol for receiving paperwork and communications with our Purchasing and Fleet departments.

What you need to be successful: Minimum two years’ experience in an administrator role Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and above average typing skills Working experience using construction management software or ERP Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time well Demonstrated ability to remain focused on extremely fast-paced construction office environment, with minimal direct supervision Building supply product knowledge an asset (multi-family or residential construction or home renovation) Ability to lift up to 35lbs Why Seymour Pacific?
