, permanent Position: Recruiter Company Overview: Source Code Contract is a leading provider of IT staffing and consulting services. We work with top companies in various industries to provide them with the best technology talent available. Our team is dedicated to finding the right fit for both our clients and candidates, ensuring long-term success for all parties involved. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients. You will play a critical role in helping us find the best candidates for a variety of positions, including software developers, project managers, and other IT professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates - Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions - Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting sources - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the IT industry - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent - Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software Why Work for Us: At Source Code Contract, we value our employees and their contributions.
