Salary: $41,600 - 41,600 per year
Requirements: - Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other widely used software applications.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and related tools.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Strong data entry skills and note-taking proficiency.
- Knowledge of activations and SIM installations.
- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support environment is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of computer software.
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities: - Deliver technical assistance to end users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Support the installation, configuration, and upkeep of technology systems (training will be provided).
- Work collaboratively with IT team members to address technical challenges.
- Record and track all support requests and their resolutions using the ticketing system.
- Facilitate training sessions to help users understand software and hardware functionalities.
- Communicate and coordinate efforts with remote teams as necessary.
