JOB DESCRIPTION
Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide specialized care to patients with complex mental illnesses. The role is set within the Geriatric Dementia Unit (GDU) and requires a recovery‑focused, compassionate approach to patient care and advocacy.
The unit serves seniors over 65 with dementia and disruptive behaviour, with a goal of community reintegration. The RPN must be capable of working in any area of Ontario Shores as patient needs dictate.
