Job description

As a Territory Manager, Residential Construction, you will be part of a dedicated team based in the Montreal, Quebec area and reporting to the Field Marketing Manager. The Territory Manager, Residential Construction executes the End User Brand Marketing Strategy. This position focuses on building strategic partnerships with Residential Construction end users, delivering jobsite solutions, exceptional customer service, and driving product innovation. The role also includes managing and supporting regional teams of Field Marketing Coordinators to ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives and field activities.

  • Serve as the primary field contact for customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise.
  • Visit various jobsites, including residential construction and big box retail accounts within the assigned region.
  • Assist the Field Marketing Team at retailer sales events; develop new contacts and close end user conversions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with end users at both site and jobsite levels.
  • Foster relationships with big box retail Outside Sales Representatives and commercial account managers.
  • Support distribution networks to meet large user needs.
  • Drive new business development within the assigned region.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Field Marketing Coordinators to optimize field execution and professional growth.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge sharing to ensure best practices are upheld across the region.
  • Act as a liaison between the Field Marketing Manager, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback.


• College or University graduate
• Experience in sales and or marketing with a record of demonstrated achievements and leadership
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work some weekends as needed
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Creativity and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency with computer software including MS Word and Outlook
• Valid Driver’s license and Clean Drivers Abstract

  • Anticipated compensation for this role is $75,000-$85,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 20% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
