  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory control/analysis or materials/production planning support in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for inventory transactions and master data (item master/BOM) maintenance is essential.
  • Experience with cycle counts/physical inventory and supporting internal/external audits (documentation and reconciliations).
  • Ability to monitor and control inventory (raw materials, sub-assemblies, finished goods) and forecast requirements to prevent stockouts/overstocking.
  • Knowledge of inventory planning concepts (safety stock, reorder points, lead times, min/max, inventory turns).
  • Understanding of BOM structures and the importance of item master/BOM accuracy.
  • Strong variance analysis, root-cause analysis, and corrective action (CAPA) skills to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to identify and address slow-moving, excess, and obsolete (SLOB) inventory.
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, conditional formulas, data cleaning; macros a plus) and Power BI reporting/dashboard skills.
  • Strong data integrity, attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration (production, procurement, planning, warehouse, quality, finance).
