Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the aftermarket customer programs team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $57000 - $70000
What's the Job?
- Ensure aftermarket customer programs are executed smoothly by coordinating schedules, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
- Achieve at least 95% on-time delivery for all coordinated aftermarket programs by maintaining accurate schedules and proactively escalating risks.
- Maintain at least 99% order entry accuracy, including change orders and RMAs, to prevent production or invoicing delays.
- Provide same-business-day responses to customer inquiries and program status requests to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Ensure 100% of programs have complete and audit-ready documentation, including trackers, change logs, customer requirements, and quality records.
What's Needed?
- Strong program coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally, clearly, and responsively with customers and internal teams.
- Understanding of repair and manufacturing processes, scheduling constraints, and material flow.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools, entering and maintaining data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive risk identification and escalation skills to anticipate delays, scope changes, and material shortages.
