Corporate Fleet Manager

Coulson Aviation operates across the world with a growing fleet of aerial firefighting assets consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. With our privately owned and operated fire support platforms, we respond during critical events of wildfire activity, without hesitation.

On the corporate side of business, we travel. A lot. To amazing places like other Coulson headquarters in Australia and California. Sometimes a quick trip New Zealand or Chile! You just never know where we’ll be needed next.

As we grow, we’re looking for a driven, motivated Corporate Fleet Manager to keep our Bombardier Challenger, Global Express, and Boeing 737 maintained and in the air.

YOU’RE ALREADY A PRO WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS IN:

• Prioritizing the details, ensuring the aircraft are treated, completed and presented at executive standards
• The management of maintenance staff
• Managing maintenance tasks and checks with the highest standards, including but not limited to proactively and efficiently planning manpower, tooling, and parts delivery
• Documents, logs and records.
• Collaboration and communication with all the relevant departments, at the right time to ensure timelines are met
• All the other relevant responsibilities

WHAT YOU BRING:

• A problem solving, can do, enthusiasm that’s backed up with ability
• 3-5 years of successfully managing a fleet
• An AME M license accepted, a valid FAA A&P license preferred
• A valid passport
• The intention to relocate to Vancouver Island
• Familiarity with CAMP (Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program) is a plus
