What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute annual customer business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Own the end-to-end relationship as the primary point of contact for assigned account.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions and deliver impactful, insight-driven presentations.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and effectively manage trade investments. execution plans.
- Leverage analytics, syndicated data (i.e. Nielsen), customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate portfolio and brand strategies into actionable customer-specific initiatives.
- Lead product launch presentations and ensure strong in-store execution.
- Own promotional and event execution from opportunity identification to post-promotion analysis.
- Negotiate trade programs, agreements, and promotional support.
- Optimize assortment, shelving, and planogram execution to maximize performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of deal sheets, promotional plans, and customer presentations.
What you need to join our team
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management (CPG preferred, fresh category a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with Walmart is an asset.
