Intermediate Project Manager - HYBRID

Join our Edmonton client for a high-impact 12-month contract starting April 1, 2026, with the potential for ongoing extensions. This hybrid role offers the chance to lead a diverse portfolio of application-focused projects, ranging from mobile development to major software installs, throughout the 2026/2027 fiscal year. Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily management and end-to-end delivery of medium to large IT projects.
• Monitor, report, and control project progress to ensure successful completion.
• Engage with all IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders regularly.
• Develop regular financial forecasts and manage budgets within defined limits.
• Produce clear and concise project documentation for all levels of management.
• Forecast resource effort effectively to meet project milestones.
• Manage project scope through rigorous change control and management processes.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $2 million.
• Deep understanding of both agile and waterfall project methodologies.
• Ability to grasp high-level functional and technical project scopes quickly.
• Prior experience in business analysis or change management is a strong asset.
