CNC Machinist

We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our world-class manufacturing team.

You will run production jobs on high-end Haas machinery, focusing on throughput and precision.

Working closely with our lead machinists—who handle primary setups—you will maintain tight tolerances in a safety-first, advanced environment.

Responsibilities
Production Execution: Operate Haas CNC Lathes (and occasionally Haas Mills) to run established production jobs.

Quality Monitoring: Maintain part tolerances of +/-0.005” and perform regular checks to ensure accuracy.

Machine Care: Perform basic machine tending, including loading/unloading parts and monitoring tool wear.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Documentation: Accurately record production data and quality logs as required.

Growth Potential: Depending on performance and skill, you may be trained to run jobs with tighter tolerances and higher complexity.

Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proven experience operating CNC machinery (Haas experience is a significant plus).

Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; the ability to read G-code is highly preferred.

Precision: Comfortable using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to verify parts.

Character Traits: * A strong willingness to listen, learn, and follow specific technical instructions.

A "team-player" attitude with a focus on reliability and punctuality.

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Programming: Proficient programming skills are not required for this role, as setups are provided.
