Data Entry Clerk - Burlington

Our client in Burlington is looking for a detail oriented Data Entry Clerk who can help organize and input their backlog of data. This role would require an independent worker who has great attention to detail and strong proficiencies in managing and organizing databases.

This is a two week contract position with the possibiilty of extension. If you have experience in sorting and organizing databases, then this role might be for you! Experience in the Insurance sector is an asset

Advantages

Responsibilities
- Prepare and sort documents / data sheets for the purpose of data entry
- Establish entry priorities by maintaining understanding of what data needs to be entered first
- Check to make sure that accurate data has been entered into the database
- Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, changing or deleting entered information
- Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately
- Filing/Scanning and additional administrative duties
- Reception backup as needed
- Additional administrative duties as required


Qualifications
- Adequate knowledge of databases systems
- Experience with MS Office
- Must have analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be detail oriented and a self starter
- Experience in the Insurance sector is an asset
- Able to work independently
