Gestionnaire de Comptes – Services de Courtage et de Gestion de Patrimoine (Toronto ou Montréal)

Contrat : 6 mois avec possibilité de permanence | 25–30 $/h

Hybride | 3 jours au bureau | Tenue professionnelle

Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de Comptes dynamique et orienté service pour rejoindre un important fournisseur canadien de services de courtage soutenant des gestionnaires de portefeuille indépendants ainsi que des courtiers introducteurs inscrits auprès de l’OCRI. Ce rôle fait partie de l’équipe de Service à la Clientèle, responsable d’offrir un soutien quotidien exceptionnel à un portefeuille de clients en gestion de patrimoine.

Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour un professionnel en début de carrière souhaitant évoluer dans l’industrie des placements et du courtage.

Responsabilités

  • Bâtir et maintenir de solides relations professionnelles avec les gestionnaires de portefeuille et courtiers assignés.
  • Servir de point de liaison entre les clients et les équipes opérationnelles internes afin d’assurer un traitement efficace des demandes.
  • Fournir aux clients de l’accompagnement concernant les politiques, procédures et plateformes ayant un impact sur leurs opérations.
  • Assurer une résolution rapide et complète des enjeux client tout en identifiant des opportunités d’amélioration des processus.
  • Informer les clients des nouveaux produits, services et développements pertinents à leur entreprise.
  • Participer à des réunions et événements clients, en représentant l’organisation de manière professionnelle.
  • Effectuer un suivi régulier auprès des clients, documenter les enjeux opérationnels, en assurer le suivi et la résolution.
  • Soutenir divers processus opérationnels, incluant les transactions, règlements, transferts, réorganisations et accès systèmes.

Profil recherché

Formation & Certifications

  • Diplôme universitaire en économie, finance, administration ou domaine connexe.
  • CSC, CPH ou IFIC complété ou en cours.

Expérience

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en placements ou gestion de patrimoine
  • (courtier, caissier, middle office, soutien-conseiller, etc.).
  • Connaissance pratique :Régimes enregistrésFonds communsTransfertsSuccessionsProduits généraux de gestion de patrimoine

Compétences

  • Excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Sens marqué du service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à respecter des SLAs et à gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Esprit analytique, rigoureux, orienté solutions.
  • Capacité à recommander des améliorations opérationnelles.

Environnement de travail

  • Lieu : Montréal ou Toronto (ouvert aux deux).
  • Horaire : du lundi au vendredi8 h 30 à 17 h 00 ou
  • 9 h 30 à 18 h 00Ponctualité essentielle – arrivée demandée 15 minutes à l’avance.
  • Formation : Programme de formation de 3 semaines en classe avec d’autres nouveaux employés.
  • Présence obligatoire : 3 jours au bureau, tenue professionnelle exigée.
  • Structure d’équipe : Modèle de service renouvelé incluant des équipes spécialisées (transferts, régimes enregistrés, fonds communs, successions). Ce poste se trouve au sein de l’équipe généraliste.

Bilingual Account Manager – Wealth & Brokerage Services (Toronto or Montreal)

Contract: 6 Months + Potential to Convert | $25–$30/hr

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service‑driven Account Manager to join a leading Canadian brokerage services provider that supports independent Portfolio Managers and IIROC‑registered Introducing Brokers across the country. This role is part of a collaborative Service Delivery Team responsible for providing exceptional day‑to‑day support to a portfolio of wealth management clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early‑career professional with a strong foundation in investments, registered plans, and client service—especially those looking to grow within the wealth management industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal operational teams to ensure seamless execution of service requests.
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and platforms that impact clients’ day‑to‑day operations.
  • Ensure prompt, thorough resolution of client issues, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Keep clients informed of new products, developments, and service offerings relevant to their business.
  • Attend and represent the organization at client meetings and business functions.
  • Conduct regular client check‑ins, documenting service issues, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow‑through.
  • Support a wide range of operational workflows, including trades, settlements, transfers, reorgs, and system access.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Credentials

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • CSC, CPH, or IFIC completed or in progress. Nice to have

Experience

  • 1–2 years in investment or wealth management (brokerage, teller, middle office, advisory support, etc.).
  • Hands‑on exposure to:Registered plansMutual fundsTransfersEstatesGeneral wealth products

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills in English and French (verbal & written).
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Comfort working under SLAs and managing competing priorities.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
  • Able to drive process improvements and suggest operational enhancements.

Work Environment

  • Location: Toronto or Montreal (open to either).
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday8:30 AM–5:00 PM or
  • 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
  • Training: Comprehensive 3‑week classroom‑style training with a cohort of new hires.
  • On‑Site Requirement: 3 days per week, business professional dress code.
  • Team Structure: Part of a newly enhanced service model—teams include specialization areas such as transfers, registered plans, mutual funds, and estates. This position joins the generalist stream.
