Primary function
Seeking a skilled and experienced PeopleSoft professionals to join our Information Technology team in a role that encompasses security administration, business analysis, development, and application support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our PeopleSoft applications, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our systems. This role involves collaboration with various departments to develop, implement, and manage security policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
This role combines expertise in PeopleSoft security administration, application development, and functional/business analysis to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Key accountabilities
•Lead architectural design and technical direction for complex PeopleSoft solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.
•Lead development teams, conducting code reviews, technical standards and processes, along with perform mentoring/training
•Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
•Coordinate the delivery of complex PeopleSoft enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
•Enforce coding standards, documentation practices, and development governance across the PeopleSoft environment.
•Ensure robust testing and debugging for PeopleSoft development.
•Communicate architecture decisions and complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
•Partner with functional and business teams to ensure delivered PeopleSoft solutions meet defined requirements.
•Able to understand business processes and related them to operational workflows.
•Provide reports and documentation to support internal and external audits.
•Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance and other business units to ensure requirements are integrated into system designs and processes.
•Test and apply PeopleSoft patches, upgrades, and fixes.
•Develop and implement plans to mitigate identified risks.
•Analyze, design, develop, configure, test, and support PeopleSoft applications.
•Support upgrades, new module implementations, and troubleshoot production issues
•Translate business requirements into technical documentation and system enhancements
•Performs additional technical and system administrator tasks related to this role as required.
Required skills & experience
•University Degree in an information technology, computer science discipline or related working experience.
•10+ years of hands‑on experience as a PeopleSoft Developer.
•3+ years of experience serving in a Development Lead role.
•Experience with tools like PeopleSoft Application Designer (Classic and Fluid), Data Mover, and Integration Broker.
•Deep expertise in PeopleSoft system architecture and integrations (PeopleTools, AE, SQR, IB, Component Interfaces).
•Mastery of PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker), enabling advanced customization and system optimization.
•Experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating technical risks.
•Knowledge of incident response frameworks and best practices.
•Familiarity with encryption, SSL/TLS protocols, and data masking techniques.
•Ability to create scripts for automation or custom security enhancements.
•Ability to identify security vulnerabilities and devise effective solutions.
•Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for troubleshooting issues.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document policies and interact with technical and non-technical teams.
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and other business units.
•Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new PeopleSoft updates, tools, and organizational needs.
•Strong experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
•Experience working on projects related to system upgrades, migrations, or security enhancements.
•Applied agile software development skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
•Ability to periodically work during non-core business hours.
•Ability to work within a team, along with ability to work on multiple and concurrent assignments.
