General Manager – Sales & Operations

Rumble Boxing | Richmond, BC

A young GM opportunity with real ownership, upside, and growth.

This is a business leadership role for a driven operator who wants to run a location, grow revenue, lead a team, and build a strong career.

Rumble Boxing is a high-energy, premium fitness brand built on performance, community, and execution. We're looking for a General Manager who is hungry, sales-driven, and ready to take full ownership of our Richmond studio.

If you come from retail, hospitality, or a high-volume service environment and are known for hitting targets, building strong client relationships, and leading from the front — this role is for you.

What You'll Own

You will operate the studio like it's your business.

Success is measured by:

  • Membership and personal training growth
  • Client retention and experience
  • Team performance and accountability

Revenue & Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Hit and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Drive lead follow-up, conversions, and retention
  • Coach your team on sales, service, and relationship-building
  • Build your personal presence within the local community

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front desk staff and trainers
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards
  • Coach underperformance and make tough decisions when needed
  • Create a high-energy, ownership-driven culture

Operations

  • Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and payroll inputs
  • Maintain studio presentation and service standards
  • Monitor KPIs, attendance trends, and performance metrics
  • Identify issues quickly and implement solutions

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or high-volume service
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confident, outgoing, and relationship-driven
  • Strong presence — you lead from the front and set high standards
  • Comfortable managing younger teams and giving direct feedback
  • Hands-on, organized, and solution-oriented
  • Thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
  • Think like an owner and take full accountability for results

Strong asset: Mandarin or Cantonese speaking (Richmond client base)

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000
  • Performance bonus: OTE $80,000 – $100,000+ tied to studio growth
