Job Title: BI Developer

Job Summary

• Develop and manage BI and analytics solutions that transform data into actionable insights
  

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports
  

• Ensure stakeholders have accurate and timely access to business metrics
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI solutions using:
  

  • Power BI
    

  • Tableau
    

  • Looker
    

• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
  

• Integrate data from multiple data sources
  

• Create semantic data models for business users
  

• Optimize dashboards and reports for performance and scalability
  

• Gather and document reporting requirements from stakeholders
  

• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across BI systems
  

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)
  

• Strong SQL skills
  

• Experience with data warehousing concepts (star schema, fact/dimension modeling)
  

• Experience building ETL processes
  

• Knowledge of DAX, MDX, and other query languages
  

• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
  

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  

• 6–8 years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role
