Reliable. Shows up. Does the work. No drama.

We build multi-unit residential across Nova Scotia, mostly within 90 minutes of HRM. We always need good laborers on our sites.

THE WORK

The stuff between the trades — the work that keeps a site running.

Receive and stage material deliveries. Site cleanup between phases. Protect finished work from weather and other trades. Waste management and disposal. Snow clearing and site access maintenance. Temporary weather protection. General labor as directed by site lead.

You move between our active sites based on where you're needed. Some weeks it's one site, some weeks it's two or three.

WHO'S A GOOD FIT

You've worked on construction sites before — even a summer. You know how a site runs. You're physically capable, you show up on time, and you don't need to be told twice.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

WHO'S NOT A FIT

People who no-show. One no-show with no notice and we're done.

People who need constant direction. If the site is dirty, clean it. If a delivery shows up, receive it. If finished work needs covering, cover it.
