We’re looking for a technology leader who:
Has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing on the firm’s 5-year strategic plan.
Is an innovation driver who creates value by identifying and enabling more business to be captured as well as reducing operational friction and saving money
Has designed and executed on a new multi-year technology roadmap for a firm
Has notable successes advising, building for and realizing significant business gains for the firm
Has made a real and significant impact on their firm and their customers for years to come (and wants to repeat)
Has a balanced technology background and managed the full IT function (all aspects) for the firm
Ideally has experience in a regulated industry or advisory business and strong cyber and security background
Has been a part of a fast-growth business as an executive before

10+ years of senior IT leadership experience (VP, CIO, Head of IT, or equivalent)
Strong expertise in IT governance, security, and organization wide technology initiatives
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
