Job description
Localisation : Canada (télétravail possible) Date de début : ASAP Langues : Anglais (obligatoire), Français (fort atout) Pragmatike recrute pour le compte d’une entreprise technologique en forte croissance, orientée produit, qui développe des plateformes data à grande échelle utilisées sur plusieurs marchés. Le produit est centré sur l’automatisation, l’extraction de données et des workflows intelligents, avec un fort accent mis sur la fiabilité du backend et la rapidité d’exécution. Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Full-Stack à dominante backend capable de prendre en charge des fonctionnalités de bout en bout. Le poste est réparti à environ 70 % backend / 30 % frontend , idéal pour des profils appréciant le travail backend approfondi tout en restant proches de la livraison produit. Vos missions Concevoir, développer et maintenir des services backend en Python et Node.js Être propriétaire des API , de la logique métier et des flux de données (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Contribuer au développement frontend (~30 %) afin de livrer des expériences produit complètes Mettre en place et maintenir des pipelines de scraping web et d’ingestion de données (dans un cadre légal et éthique) Travailler efficacement avec des outils de développement assistés par l’IA (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit et engineering pour transformer les besoins en solutions scalables Améliorer la performance, la fiabilité et la maintenabilité des systèmes existants Participer aux décisions techniques et aux discussions d’architecture Profil recherché 4+ ans d’expérience en Full-Stack ou Backend Solide expertise backend en Python et/ou Node.js Bonne maîtrise de PostgreSQL et MongoDB À l’aise pour contribuer au frontend lorsque nécessaire Expérience ou fort intérêt pour les systèmes data et le scraping Familiarité avec les workflows modernes de développement assistés par l’IA Forte culture de l’ownership et capacité à travailler en autonomie Autorisation de travail au Canada Atouts supplémentaires Maîtrise du français ou niveau professionnel Expérience en OCR , vision par ordinateur ou traitement de documents Expérience sur des produits fortement automatisés ou data-driven Environnement startup ou scale-up Pourquoi ce poste peut faire évoluer votre carrière Forte responsabilité sur des fonctionnalités en production Impact direct sur les systèmes backend cœur du produit Exposition à l’automatisation, au scraping et aux workflows intelligents Utilisation quotidienne d’outils modernes de développement assisté par l’IA Trajectoire d’évolution claire au sein d’une équipe engineering orientée produit Stack technique Backend : Python, Node.js Bases de données : PostgreSQL, MongoDB Frontend : Frameworks JavaScript modernes Data : Scraping, pipelines d’ingestion Bonus : OCR, vision par ordinateur Avantages Rémunération compétitive alignée sur le marché canadien Télétravail possible partout au Canada Horaires de travail flexibles Poste d’ingénierie avec une forte autonomie Pragmatike s’engage pour un processus de recrutement équitable, transparent et inclusif.
