Job description
[Tress Lounge] Esthetician – Revenue Sharing (6 Days/Week) Location: 2136 Kains Road, Units 6 & 7, London, Ontario. Job Type: Independent Contractor | In-Person Compensation: Negotiable Revenue Sharing Model Position Overview Tress Lounge Canada is seeking a skilled and professional Esthetician to join our growing luxury salon team. This is a performance-based role with revenue sharing, ideal for estheticians who are confident, client-focused, and ready to build strong earnings in a high-traffic environment. This position requires availability for six (6) days per week and comfort providing services to both male and female clients. Key Responsibilities Perform facials, waxing, threading, and skincare treatments Provide services to both male and female clients comfortably and professionally Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards Recommend and upsell retail skincare products Build and maintain a loyal client base Manage appointments efficiently and maintain punctuality Stay current with industry trends and techniques Qualifications Certified Esthetician Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience preferred Strong client service and communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Comfortable in a fast-paced, luxury salon environment Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing structure Compensation Model Negotiable Revenue Sharing (percentage-based on services performed) High earning potential based on service volume and repeat clientele How to Apply Email your resume and portfolio (if available) to: hr@tresslounge.ca Subject Line: Esthetician Application – [Your Name] Tress L'ounge Canada Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
