Program Materials & Curriculum Assistant
Position to commence immediately
The Toronto Heschel School seeks an organized, technologically comfortable, and responsible assistant to join its Teacher Performance and Learning Studio team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production stage of educational and training materials, such as: proof reading lay-out and design prototype production (cutting, laminating, sourcing storage boxes) basic website design basic video editing
- Assist with regular maintenance of curriculum database and document server
- Periodic data input, transfer and formatting work
The Ideal candidate will have following skills / experience:
- Bilingual English & Hebrew (written and spoken) Proficient with data entry (typing) in both languages Ability to proofread English and Hebrew text
- Designing Curricular materials Experience with basic design principles that can be applied to assisting in the creation of educational materials Highly proficient in Microsoft word, and good proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with basic databases and web-based software
- Interest and enthusiasm for excellence in Jewish education
- Flexibility, creativity, curiosity
Terms and Work Environment:
- Hourly compensation commensurate with experience
- 30 hours / week
