Job description
AO Globe Life is a company that works with all major members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across the USA and provides them with their permanent benefits. We are seeking a Remote Sales Associate who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom. Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately. Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes. Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions. Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United States/Canada High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented and self-motivated. Proficiency with online platforms (Zoom, Google Sheets, Forms) Skilled in time management and multitasking Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor Why Join Us?
