Royal Greenland søger 3 engagerede AU IHM-elever på vores hovedkontor i Nuuk. Som elev vil du komme igennem et rotationsprogram i tre centrale afdelinger: Hjemmemarkedet, Kommunikation og Marketing.
I Hjemmemarkedet, som er vores salgsorganisation i Grønland, vil du få indsigt i salgsprocesser, kundeengagement og strategier for at opretholde vores markedsposition. Dette er en fantastisk mulighed for at udvikle dine evner inden for business-to-consumer relationer og forstå vores produkters rejse fra produktion til kundens bord.
I Kommunikationsafdelingen, vil du lære om de forskellige aspekter af virksomhedens kommunikation. Her arbejder vi med både intern kommunikation for at styrke vores virksomhedskultur og eksternt for at fastholde en stærk og konsekvent brandfortælling i offentligheden.
I Marketingafdelingen vil du deltage i udviklingen af markedsføringsstrategier og kampagner, hvor du kan afprøve dine kreative evner. Her vil du lære om vigtigheden af brandidentitet og hvordan man målretter diverse segmenter med forskellige marketingsværktøjer for at opnå maksimal effekt.
Gennem dette rotationsforløb får du derfor en helhedsorienteret forståelse af vores forretning, og du bidrager aktivt til samfundets værdiskabelse gennem vores operationer i Grønland.
En del af introforløbet vil du opleve fabrikken og receptionen, så du også lærer bredt om virksomheden.
