:
The Creative Coordinator provides essential operational support to a dynamic in-house creative studio, working under the direction of Creative Managers and the Creative Director. This entry-level role focuses on executing day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks that enable the creative team to work efficiently across performance marketing, branding, advertising, video production, and design projects.
What will you do?
Operational Support & Reporting
- Execute project scheduling and resource allocation as directed by Creative Managers
- Maintain project tracking systems with accurate timelines, effort hours, and status updates
- Prepare monthly operations reports and metrics for leadership review
- Update capacity planning tools and flag potential scheduling conflicts
- Assist with onboarding new projects and organizing project documentation
Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate project kickoffs, check-ins, and status meetings
- Distribute project briefs and gather necessary information from stakeholders
- Track project assets, approvals, and deliverables through completion
- Maintain organized file structures and creative asset libraries
- Process project requests and route to appropriate team members
Communication & Facilitation
- Serve as a liaison between creative team and internal partners
- Communicate project updates and timeline changes as directed
- Schedule meetings and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
- Document meeting notes, action items, and decisions
Creative Support Tasks
- Coordinate logistics between stakeholders and creatives with building and maintaining creative asset libraries.
What will you need to succeed?
- 3+ years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, administrative support, or related field
- Understanding of creative production workflows and terminology
- Strong organizational skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency with project management tools ()
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Loop)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Autonomous self-starter with a thirst for variety and problem solving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting creative teams, marketing departments, or agencies
- Exposure to working with content creators and video producers
- Basic familiarity with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience with stock asset platforms or digital asset management
- Background in the financial services, marketing, or advertising industries
- Interest in or aspiration toward a creative career path
