Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton, ON within the automotive parts manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced distribution environment where accuracy, teamwork, and safe material handling are essential.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations by picking dealer orders, putting away inbound materials, meeting performance benchmarks, and helping ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Pick and complete dealer orders accurately, safely, and within required timelines.
- Put away inbound materials according to established warehouse procedures and performance benchmarks.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and zero-error order completion.
- Communicate inventory issues, irregularities, safety concerns, or workflow challenges to supervisors or managers.
- Support multiple daily deadlines while responding to urgent or emergency order requests as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, team members, equipment, products, and the warehouse environment.
