Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton, ON within an automotive parts manufacturing and distribution environment. This role supports dealer order fulfillment, inbound material put-away, and overall warehouse productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy.
This is a great opportunity for a dependable warehouse professional who enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented environment with supportive supervision, clear procedures, and hands-on training. The Warehouse Operator will play an important role in helping ensure customer orders are picked, completed, and shipped accurately while supporting a safe and productive warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and complete dealer orders accurately, safely, and within required timelines.
- Put away inbound materials according to established warehouse procedures and productivity benchmarks.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, equipment, and the warehouse environment.
- Ensure order quality while working toward zero errors and strong fulfillment accuracy.
- Communicate product irregularities, order issues, urgent requests, or process concerns to Supervisors or Managers.
- Support daily warehouse productivity by meeting deadlines and adapting to changing order priorities.
