They’re now looking for a Senior QA Analyst who is passionate about software testing and quality excellence to join their IT project team.
The Opportunity
As a key member of the SDLC process, you will ensure quality is embedded across all phases of development — from strategy through execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop test strategies, detailed test plans, and test matrices
• Deeply understand functional requirements and solutions to test effectively
• Conduct risk assessments alongside project teams
• Provide defect analysis, daily reporting, and management updates
• Define and enhance quality procedures, standards, and specifications
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI adoption
• Develop and maintain automation scripts
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders while meeting critical deadlines
Requirements
• 7+ years of QA experience with a strong automation focus
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving ability
• Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation discipline
• Team player who can also work independently
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Playwright
• Prompt engineering exposure within QA workflows
• Programming knowledge (Python, .NET, Java)
