Your mission

• As a Tokenomics Research Analyst, you will evaluate digital asset ecosystems, token economic models, and on-chain behaviors to identify asymmetric investment opportunities aligned with GreenDev’s long-term sustainable investment thesis.
• You will work closely with investment partners, digital asset strategists, and leadership.
• This role requires intellectual independence, deep curiosity, and first-principles thinking.

What you will do

• Analyze token economic models across Layer 1, Layer 2, DePIN, RWA, and emerging protocols

• Evaluate token supply dynamics, emissions, unlock schedules, and inflation models

• Identify mispriced assets based on token utility, value accrual mechanisms, and adoption metrics

• Conduct on-chain analysis including holder distribution, whale behavior, and liquidity structure

• Produce investment memos with actionable insights and conviction levels

• Monitor treasury strategies, protocol sustainability, and long-term economic viability

• Identify early-stage token ecosystems with institutional-grade potential

• Support portfolio allocation and digital asset strategy development

What we are looking for

This is not an entry-level role.

We are looking for individuals who have operated inside the digital asset ecosystem, not just studied it.

Ideal candidates demonstrate:

• Deep understanding of tokenomics design and incentive systems

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate economic systems

• Experience analyzing crypto projects beyond surface-level metrics

• Understanding of on-chain data and wallet behavior

• Independent thinking and intellectual honesty

• Ability to form conviction before consensus

Strong plus:

• Personal experience investing in digital assets

• Experience participating in token launches, staking, governance, or liquidity provisioning

• Background in economics, finance, mathematics, physics, or engineering

• Familiarity with DePIN, RWAs, or sustainable infrastructure tokenization

Compensation

Base Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 USD per year (Remote)
