Job Title: Sourcing Integration Analyst
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Pay: CAD 34/ hr
Job Summary
- The Sourcing Integration Analyst will support operational execution of sourcing integration efforts across all categories as part of a major acquisition.
- While much of the work will be in IT/software, the role will also support services, indirect, clinical, and other supplier types.
- This person will manage data, support onboarding and transitions, track progress, and provide analytical support to ensure smooth and timely integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data collection and validation across all supplier categories (contracts, spend, usage, renewal dates, risk info).
- Manage supplier onboarding workflows, ensuring required documents, approvals, and system steps are completed accurately.
- Maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and project reports that summarize status across categories.
- Support contract intake and review, capturing key terms such as service scope, pricing, renewals, and termination rights.
- Assist in RFPs and simple negotiations by preparing documents, evaluating responses, and performing comparison analysis.
- Coordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather information, follow up on deliverables, and close action items.
- Perform data checks and clean-up to ensure consistency across systems and integration tools.
- Support compliance and risk assessments, escalating issues promptly for resolution.
- Help identify process gaps and propose improvements to streamline integration workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2–4 years) in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, project coordination, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, structured project environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and common sourcing or procurement tools.
Desired Characteristics
- Interest or foundational knowledge in procurement across multiple categories.
- Exposure to IT/software or indirect sourcing is a plus but not required.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow through skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
