Senior Sales Consultant - High Ticket Real Estate Investing

Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 + Uncapped Commission

This is a performance-based sales career for experienced closers who excel in consultative, high-value sales conversations and expect elite compensation.

The Investors Growth Syndicate, powered by Cottage Dream Vacations (CDV), is a fast-growing real estate investing program helping Canadians build long-term wealth. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding our sales team and hiring Senior Sales Consultants with a proven track record in high-ticket sales.

Compensation & Earnings

• $60K–$80K base salary (based on experience)
• Up to 12% commission
• Quarterly & event-based bonuses (additional 5–8%)
• Uncapped earning potential
• On-Target Earnings $160K–$180K+

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct high-level Zoom sales consultations with pre-qualified leads
• Use a consultative sales approach to assess client goals and financial objectives
• Present and position real estate investing solutions with confidence and authority
• Close high-ticket sales opportunities consistently
• Manage your pipeline using CRM and established sales processes
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Leads & Sales Environment

• Warm, inbound, pre-qualified leads only
• No cold calling
• No retail or walk-in sales
• No transactional selling
• Structured sales process, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Coaching focused on results, not micromanagement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, high-ticket sales, B2C or B2B sales, or commission-based sales
• Proven ability to close complex or high-value deals
• Comfortable discussing significant financial decisions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline

• Require scripts, constant supervision, or low-pressure environments
• Are uncomfortable with targets, metrics, or accountability
• Are seeking a capped or hourly sales role
