One of Canada's fastest growing Industrial Supply & Service companies is looking for an Outside Sales Representative based in North Shore to manage existing accounts and drive new business
from Montreal East to Quebec City. This company sells across multiple industries including industrial, commercial, hospitality, institutional and specialty contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Grow sales through managing and growing existing accounts and developing new business while fostering long-term relationships with clients
- Establish monthly and annual sales goals and work with the branch to achieve targets
- Develop and implement strategies to engage new and existing customers across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, institutional, hospitality and specialty contractors
- Service orders, determine customer needs, upsell, promote monthly promotions, and ensure product availability
- Following up leads, quotes, RFP's, and communicating with customers; extensive use of CRM to track communication and activity
- Daily communication with branch team to ensure high customer satisfaction
- On-going awareness of related new products and services, competitor activities, and market trends; engaging with internal departments to ensure products, services and offerings as well as pricing, and profits remain competitive and meeting customer demands
- Participate as a team member to ensure success of branch operations
- Participate in local industry events and tradeshows including travel to US.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience or experience in customer facing roles
- Self-starter with proven track record for growing sales and exceeding sales targets
- Strong computer skills and CRM experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mind set; ability to research and identify opportunities, negotiate and close sales
- Must have a vehicle and clean driving record
- Must be bilingual - English & French
