R&D Laboratory Technician

Mission

You will play an essential role in conducting laboratory tests and analyzing results. As a Research and Development Laboratory Technician, your support will actively contribute to product performance and manufacturing process optimization. Whether through research, calculations, or analysis, you will be at the heart of our innovations and our commitment to excellence.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

• Conduct laboratory tests for product development and optimization.
• Manage laboratory approvals for raw materials.
• Analyze results and make technical recommendations.
• Support internal teams in R&D projects and the resolution of non-conformities.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in production testing
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and validation of new formulations
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Communicate with the maintenance department for equipment support, repair, and maintenance

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role :

• DEC in a relevant field and / or equivalent training and / or experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Rigorous work ethic.
• Good ability to understand, interpret, and explain regulatory standards and technical specifications (ASTM, ISO, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Bilingual in English and French 4 / 5
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001
