Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution sector located in Estrie, is currently seeking an on-site Production Supervisor for a full-time, permanent position.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and monitoring the manufacturing process. With strong people management skills, they influence work methods through effective strategies to motivate, develop, and engage their team members. They also analyze and track performance indicators and implement action plans to ensure objectives are met.
