Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced OpsRamp Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise monitoring solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OpsRamp, enterprise monitoring, automation, and platform integrations.

Key skills and experience required:

• Proven experience with OpsRamp design, implementation, and integration with third-party solutions
• Hands-on experience migrating from multi-vendor alerting platforms and onboarding IT operations environments
• Strong background in enterprise monitoring, event management, automation, and configuration management
• Experience monitoring database systems and managing system paths, scaling, and automating routine tasks
• Ability to recommend and implement best practices for configuration management across OpsRamp components
• Responsible for establishing OpsRamp solution standards, practices, automation, and procedures suitable for enterprise infrastructure
• Strong troubleshooting skills for OpsRamp deployment issues (including use of debuggers and flow analyzers)
