About this Position

TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to students across British Columbia. In this role, you’ll support students and work closely with educators and families to address speech and language needs in a fully virtual setting.

Overview:

• Part-time: 5 hours per week (preferably Tuesday & Thursday availability)
• Start date: ASAP
• Age range: Elementary through High School

Typical Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging virtual speech and language therapy sessions to school-aged students
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and prepare progress reports
• Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy approaches as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in British Columbia
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfort working in a virtual environment
